Possible signs

Grief can take many forms

Loss is not limited to bereavement. Separation, illness, the loss of a role, a home or an imagined future can also lead to profound grief.

Understanding the difficulty

Honouring the bond while life changes

Grief does not have to be ‘finished’ as though an important relationship were over and done with. Often, the task is to find a new inner form of connection while gradually becoming present in life again.

Pain, love, anger, relief, guilt and spiritual questions may all have a place. Your personal beliefs are respected rather than judged or pathologised. There is no prescribed pace and no single correct way to grieve.

Therapeutic work

A space where nothing has to be explained away

We give words to what has happened and explore the memories, images and thoughts that repeatedly return. Unfinished conversations, unresolved conflict and the meaning of shared experiences can be approached carefully.

At the same time, we pay attention to stability, everyday life, relationships and small steps towards a future that may initially feel unfamiliar. The aim is not forgetting, but a life in which memory and new experience can exist together.

Frequently asked questions

What you may want to know.

When does grief require support?

Grief can remain intense for a long time. Support does not need to wait until something is considered abnormal. What matters is how much you are suffering, isolated or unable to function in daily life.

Do I have to talk about everything?

No. You decide what you want to share and when. Silence, remembering and gradual exploration can be as meaningful as speaking at length.

Can spiritual experiences be discussed?

Yes. Spiritual experiences are neither dismissed nor automatically treated as symptoms. We explore what they mean to you and how they relate to your grief.
